Each property owner, not the bank or the mortgage company, is responsible for paying annual, road, and utility assessments.  The Retreats property owners are also responsible for an additional (The Retreats) assessment.  Invoices are emailed from T.E.Lott with an attached link for payment.  Payment is accepted by bank transfers (preferred) or checks.

Annual Assessment – The annual assessment for Browning Creek and The Retreats is $834.90.  Invoices are emailed to owners in early January ($417.45) and June ($417.45) for each year.  Payments are due by January 31st and June 31st.

Road Assessment – The annual road assessment for Browning Creek and The Retreats is $133.10.  Invoices are emailed to owners in early July, and payments are due by July 31st.

Utility Assessment – The utility assessments are $90.00 quarterly – $360.00 annually. Invoices are emailed to owners in early January, April, July, and October, and payments are due by January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st.

The Retreats Assessment – The Retreats assessment, in addition to the annual, road and utility assessments, is $196.00 quarterly for improved (lots with houses) and unimproved (vacant) lots.  Invoices are emailed to owners in early January, April, July, and October, and payments are due by January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st.
